A: While the foundation was active from 2010 to 2015, it temporarily paused operations due to unforeseen circumstances. In 2024, we resumed our mission with a renewed focus on providing support and resources to individuals affected by diabetes.

A: Some of our past programs include: Cardio4Change: A Zumba-based program focused on physical activity, weight management, and stress reduction. JustUsGuys: A weekly support group for adult males dealing with diabetes. Living Without Warning: A workshop on type 2 diabetes development, complications, and management. WeCherish/WeCare: A workshop for parents on diabetes in children and proactive care.
